MEMORANDUM

Effective today, the January 2009 Final Master Trial Docket for the Deputy Commissioner Section has been posted on the Industrial Commission web site. The link to the January 2009 Final Trial Docket is located on the front page of the NCIC web site, identified as “Final Master List of Cases for Docketing, January 2009, by Deputy Commissioner Section.” The cases are listed by Region/I.C. File Number, Alphabetically by Plaintiff, and Alphabetically by Defendant.

The Final January 2009 Trial Docket incorporates all additions and removals requested by the trial bar, as well as cases released from mediation, since the preliminary January trial dockets posted on November 17 and November 20, 2008. Additions to the January 2009 Trial Docket appear highlighted in green, removals appear highlighted in red, and cases identified as special sets or pre-trial conferences are highlighted in blue. An additional column noting the reason for the removal or addition is also included. Further requests for changes will be referred to the Deputy Commissioner assigned to hear the case in January 2009.

On or before Monday, December 1, 2008, the Deputy Commissioners assigned to each case will be posted. This will allow the parties to submit pre-trial agreements, motions and other information to the appropriate Deputy Commissioner prior to receipt of a hearing calendar.
